Mobile ALECS is a community project sponsored by Friends of Airlife. One of the primary goals of Friends is sponsoring EMS education and as a part of this, have taken on the Mobile ALECS project, leading the fundraising drive. Starting with an ambulance donated by Rural Metro, volunteers spent many hours turning it into a a specialized education vehicle.
